I was inspired by David Chang and pickled and  home canned some mustard seeds in rice vinegar. Opened they would keep  for month’s how long would they keep canned? Probably untill the Russians attack.
The taste is intriguing, a soft mustardy sour with a bit of sweetness, it should prove usefull.
